Milford, CT – The Connecticut Chapter of CCIM recently held its First Annual Commercial Real Estate Market Review and Forecast at the Great River Golf Club in Milford, CT.  The event featured keynote speaker and economist James Moran of Cushman & Wakefield, panelists Fred Petrella, CCIM and CT CCIM Chapter President, Steve Patten, CCIM, Torrey Brooks, CCIM, Ed Jordan, CCIM, Jeff Gage, CCIM, and Geoff Fitzgerald of BL Companies.  Moran provided an economic overview of commercial real estate in CT and the panelists informed the audience of the condition and expectations of the industrial, retail, investment, multifamily, office segments as well as the new development pipeline. With 85 registrants from across the state and Massachusetts, the meeting was well attended.  The event was sponsored by Webster Bank, Stewart Title, Peoples United Bank, Community Investment Corporation and the Connecticut Economic Resource Center.
